FAQ
What can I expect in my consultations?
An initial visit is usually between 40 – 60 minutes according to your need. To assess you fully we take a thorough history and then examine you. If the problem is sport related then we may need to see you in action as technique can be a contributing factor.
A follow-up visit is usually between 20 – 30 minutes. Basically, we work out what is best for you and provide a full package of care from assessment to recovery, including exercises and after-care programme.
What clothing should I wear for my appointment?
It may be necessary to examine you in your underwear, so ensure that you wear something you are comfortable to be seen in. If you forgot or have concerns about what you are wearing, the practise has some shorts you can borrow. So just ask.
For classes please wear comfortable exercise clothes.
